It’s a pleasure to be sharing with you again. I’m planning to share a whole week’s worth of recipes—let’s see if we can pull it off. To kick things off, what better way than to bring you my improved version of my whole-grain breads? To be honest, I was nervous about how it would turn out. I was exploring recipes, looking for one that would work with the ingredients I had on hand, until finally, I took the plunge and decided to give it a try. I absolutely loved that part—too bad I didn't capture it; I was too excited and nervous to do so, haha. I kept kneading, shaped some little balls, then gave them this shape. Feliz inicio de semana mi gente bonita, amantes del buen comer, un gusto compartir con ustedes nuevamente, les cuento que tengo pensado compartir una semana entera de recetas, veamos si podemos. Para iniciar, que mejor forma que traerles mi versión mejorada de mis panes integrales, la verdad, tenia miedo de como iba a a resultar, estaba explorando recetas, buscando alguna que se amoldara a los ingredientes que tenia a la mano, hasta que por fin, me atreví, y me anime hacerlo. Ahora les muestro como quedaron, y les confieso, que quede sorprendida con el resultado. # Ingredients: - 500 gramos de harina integral - 10 gramos de levadura en polvo - 1 taza de agua tibia - 1 cucharada de azúcar - aceite de oliva - sal - 1 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal
