Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 April 2026

These Terms govern your use of Deegram (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Deegram is operated by Robin Amir Rondestvedt Moudnib, sole proprietor, Norway. Contact: support@deegram.com.

2. Accounts and Hive keys

3. Your content

4. Prohibited content and behaviour

You may not use the Service to post or distribute content that:

NSFW content is permitted only when marked as such and is hidden from users who have not enabled NSFW viewing (18+ only).

5. Moderation, blacklist, reports

We operate a blacklist and report system. We may hide or remove content from our Service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Because content on Hive is permanent, our moderation hides it on Deegram but cannot erase it from the blockchain.

6. Wallet and transactions

7. Blockchain permanence

You understand and accept that anything you publish to Hive is public, permanent, and outside our control. You cannot exercise your GDPR right to erasure against the Hive blockchain. You can erase your Deegram account and the data we hold on our servers at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Termination

9. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimers

Except as required by mandatory Norwegian consumer law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Hive nodes we rely on will be available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Deegram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content, funds on the blockchain, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before Oslo tingrett (Oslo District Court) as the agreed legal venue, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights you have to bring claims before your local court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
