Assalamualaikum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well.
If you ask me the secret of fitness and healthy life, my answer would be physical activity and balanced diet. We can't maintain proper health without these two essential things.
Healthy life require consistency in doing proper physical activity and balanced diet.
Actifift app is playing an important role in maintaining my health. It helps me to track my physical activity. I don't go to bed until I pass 6k or 7k steps.
I think if we control to manage our stress, take balanced diet and do proper exercise or workout regularly, then we are on the right track. Most of us don't maintain these things. It is quite unfortunate. When they fell I'll, they realise the importance of health.
It was Sunday and Sunday is always a fun day for me. I got up early in the morning. After having my favorite breakfast, I decided to do some domestic chores.
In the evening I decided to go for evening walk to our village canal track. A beautiful playground is located near village canal track. The boys were playing football and cricket there. The beautiful trees and plants were looking awesome near the village canal track.
The sun was setting in the west and the reflection of sun could be seen in the blue water of thal canal. The sun was setting behind the beautiful trees. This wonderful scene was something special for me. I took a picture of this outclass scene.

I saw people busy in walking and jogging. The track was tailor made for walking, jogging and running. There was a beautiful canal called thal canal on the western side of track and some green trees and plants were located on the eastern side of the track.



It was a lonely walk and I was enjoying my own company. I love lonely walk because sometimes you need to give time to yourself. I try to spend quality time with myself on the weekend.


I think who don't enjoy his own company and afraid of loneliness, he has a boring type of personality. He is still not mature in life and he needs to understand himself.

People ask me how you became consistent and regular in doing your exercises like walking, jogging or running. My answer is always a simple one, I say that I prefer my mental and physical health over my career. I do spare sometime for myself.

I have lost more than six kg weight. Now I am trying to gain some weight because I was feeling weakness. When I weigh my weight, it was more than 68 kg. Still I have to gain some weight.
