My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2026

Hello friends, first Actifit post in a while. I’ve been keeping up my fitness and gym journey, gotten quite lean recently but ideally still a long way to go. my old muscles have returned and my previous strength levels, which is wonderful. Adding more steps into my regulars days now too or at least I am aiming too, it’s paying off so far. See you tomorrow !
