Of course, being surrounded by sea and sand, it's normal here, but there are months when the heat is definitely overwhelming, and all I want is to stay hydrated. I drink more water than usual, and my favorite drinks tend to be those with a tart flavor, and lemon is a must. For that reason, I decided to make this drink that combines hibiscus flowers (Jamaica flower) with lemon juice, adding plenty of ice to make it truly refreshing and beneficial. We know that both hibiscus flowers and lemon provide many vitamins and have antioxidant properties. Making this pink lemonade was a great decision because it met my expectations. The flavor turned out to be moderately tart, but that can be fixed by adding a little sweetener. Although I used white sugar, I recommend honey because it has more benefits and also gives this drink a nice flavor. I enjoyed it because I love that it's tangy. + En estos últimos días el calor ha empezado a aumentar en la zona donde vivo, claro rodeada de mar y arena es lo normal por aquí, pero hay meses que definitivamente el calor me resulta abrumador, y lo que me apetece es estar hidratada, tomo más agua de lo normal y mis bebidas preferidas suelen ser las que tienen sabor acido y el limón no puede faltar. + Por esa razón decidí hacer esta bebida que combina las flores de hibisco (flor de Jamaica) con el zumo de limón, agregando además mucho hielo para que esta bebida sea realmente muy refrescante además de beneficiosa, sabemos que tanto las flores de Jamaica como el limón, aportan muchas vitaminas y tienen propiedades antioxidantes. + Fue muy acertado hacer esta limonada rosa porque llenó mis expectativas, el sabor resultó ser medianamente agrio, pero eso se puede solucionar añadiendo un poco de endulzante, aunque yo usé azúcar blanca, te recomiendo la miel porque tiene más beneficios y además le da un buen sabor a esta bebida, yo la disfruté porque me encanta que sea acida. ***Are you interested in the recipe?
