01 kilo de pollo, 01 cebolla, 01 berenjena, 70 gr de vainita, 05 ajíes dulce, 05 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de cúrcuma, 01 cucharada de paprika, 01 cucharada de salsa de soja, sal y pimienta al gusto. ``` 1 kg of chicken, 1 onion, 1 eggplant, 70 g of green beans, 5 bell peppers, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. ```

Empieza lavando las verduras. Corta las berenjenas en dados y enjuágalas en agua con sal; corta las judías verdes en trozos, junto con las mazorcas de maíz; y pica la cebolla, el ajo y los ajíes dulce con un picatodo.
