So It Begins - My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2026

The madness expected around my life began today as I was off to an early travel schedule. The airport provided a good amount of activity as my gate changed once before I was on my way. I got some work done on the way as I was able to stay connected with WiFi. This helped with the meetings awaiting me as I arrived and the ensuing events into the evening.

I got a good amount of activity in between all the madness which made me feel ok about not necessarily sticking to my dietary goals given the temptations. I will need to plan well for the rest of the week which will be even more busy given the meetings on agenda with the social aspects needed around the events of the week.
