My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2026

Today was a decent day for activity, the normal physical therapy and then a good time at the chiropractor, popped my shoulder and neck a way that I have never had before, it felt great!

Other than that, just trying to get back to a normal life, I just want to stop using crutches..
