People work very hard to achieve success. My students who entered school in grade six and have now graduated from school after giving their grade 10 exams. The students who came to us in grade six studied with us for more than five years. We trained them in the best way and prepared them to achieve success in the field of education. Today, those students have left school after appearing in their grade 10 board exams. I have taken some selfies with them which I am sharing with you all. But I will say one thing here that every moment a person struggles to achieve success and I pray that these students of mine also achieve success in every field of their lives.
There are many ups and downs in life. A student's life also has many ups and downs. When he passes a grade with good marks, it is one of the great achievements of his life. Similarly, in the field of education, when any student takes the grade 10 exams, it is considered a great achievement. Because the grade 10 exam is very important in our education system, because wherever a student goes in every field of life, the first question that will be asked of him will be about his performance in grade 10. Thus, an important educational journey of my students has come to an end. But this educational journey does not end here, rather it prepares my students for the preparation of the next grade. My students will go to the next grade with good marks and achieve great achievements from there as well. The purpose of life is not just to achieve success in one grade, but it is the name of continuous struggle. After one success, the journey for another success begins. Thousands of my students are performing at prominent positions in different fields of life. My students are present in every field of life in Pakistan. Be it the field of medicine, science, agriculture, technology, computers or the field of teaching, my students are serving Pakistan in every field.
When I was capturing this beautiful moment with my students, the students asked me a question. Some students are weak in studies, while this student is very good in studies. But a student asked me, "Sir, if I fail in the annual exams of the board, will I fail in life?" So I gathered all the students in one place and said, "No one fails. If you fail in the exam results, it is not a failure, rather, failure is always a ladder to success. We learn a lot from our mistakes and failures, but only those people learn who have the desire for success in their hearts. Those who always fail are those who get disappointed, who get discouraged, who think that we cannot achieve success. That is why unsuccessful people have always been seen at high and high positions. Because they never gave up their struggle, that is why this failure is a small failure. The small failures are always for you. If you are building a ladder, never think that you have failed in life just because of the result of a single exam. Rather, you have to see how the failure happened. If I have lagged behind in some field, if I am not able to achieve my goals, then we have to know the reasons for them and then we have to overcome our weaknesses. Then we have to make our weaknesses such a weapon for our successes that failure will never come in our way. Then these failures will give you successes. Never think like that.

These students you see in the pictures came to us in grade six and today they are leaving here after giving the grade 10 annual board exam and are ready to pursue further university level education. But there are some memories that I want to share with you all. When these children entered class six, they were very innocent, very small. Some children were thin and some were fat and some were tall and some were short, but today all of them have grown in height. When these small innocent children entered grade six, there were some worries on their faces for the first month, but today there is hope, courage, a desire, a dream on their faces that we all see and we hope that all the good dreams they have in their hearts and their prayers for success will definitely be successful. I also want to tell you here that all these children belong to poor families. There are 80 percent of children who could not even buy school uniforms, shoes, or books, but all of us, the teachers and staff, worked together to provide everything for them. We are happy about this and proud that these children are leaving here successfully.

Every teacher has this desire, this desire that his students are successful and achieve success in every field of life. These successes that students achieve are a source of pride for teachers and parents. That is what life is all about. As a teacher, I want to do a lot for my students and I am doing it and will continue to do it because this is my professional field and this is my satisfaction that if I serve humanity today, if I encourage children to succeed on the right path, then I will definitely find peace in this world and in the next world. Life always makes the same demand from us, that is, how beneficial we are to the society in which we live or the community to which we belong. If we are beneficial to the community, because of us, the people living in our society will be satisfied and at peace, then we will also find peace. I often write that success in life is not that I get more fame. I should accumulate wealth and become a big businessman. Rather, success is when I achieve all the successes and compare them in such a way that what benefit is the people around me getting from becoming a big businessman, from gaining fame, from becoming rich? If the people around me are getting benefit from me, then I am successful. If they are angry with me, then I am a failure.

I try to instill this thought in my students that whatever field you choose, your character should be that of a good person. People around you should be satisfied with you and benefit from you. The benefit is not that they are taking wealth from you or that you are helping them financially. Rather, the benefit means that you are a good person for the society. If someone asks you for advice or for help, do it honestly. If you are in the position you are in, do justice to your position and remain a good person in the society. This is the benefit.

So today let us compare ourselves, compare ourselves with ourselves, how many people are happier than us, how many people are we living as good human beings for, we will also get the result when we observe ourselves, so I will end this writing of mine today with these concluding words that life is very beautiful, this life is an ornament of flowers, if you want to feel the fragrance of the ornament, then you have to feel the fragrance of the people around you, their fragrance, their morals, their values, their love, and then you have to respond to them with that same fragrance. You have to do justice, you have to actively participate in good deeds, to be helpful in making our society better and better. This is the purpose of my writing today. Thank you very much to all of you.
