A Relaxing Day at Raymen Beach Resort, Guimaras, PH

"The tan will fade, but the memories will last forever." UNKNOWN
Yesterday, our whole province had no power for the entire day.
My sister and our family decided it was the perfect time for a quick escape. We packed our things and headed straight to Raymen Beach Resort.

We arrived at 7:00 AM to beat the heat. The weather was absolutely perfect. It was bright, sunny, and cooled by a gentle, warm ocean breeze. And the view was so stunning as well. What a lovely morning ๐
I have many fond memories of this place from when I was a kid. Back then, all the huts were made of bamboo and nipa. It is amazing to see how much the resort has developed! Today, most of the structures are built from concrete, showing how well the place has grown over time.

I love the colorful painting on every concrete bench in each cottage. It adds up to the vibe. The kids had fun looking at them. They were happily naming the fish, turtle, and other animals they saw.
Even though the resort has changed, the best parts remain exactly the same. ๐ The water is still perfectly clear and clean. The sand is still soft and has that lovely white color I remember.

We spent the day swimming in the refreshing water and relaxing under the shade of the trees. The kids had fun splashing water. We rented a floating ring for my nieces so they can enjoy swimming.
There were also a lot of guests, maybe because it was a weekend. You can hear laughter everywhere, soft music, and kids giggling as they splash. Some people were quietly sitting under the shade of the coconut trees, and the Calachuchi ๐ธ The lifeguards were also actively watching over the guests swimming in the water. Boats can be seen everywhere. They offer an island-hopping adventure for guests who want to explore nearby islands and beaches.
It was the perfect way to spend a power-free day with family.
