Hello everyone..

Haa... this is my second time in Vietnam. This time I was with my tukey-mate and my office friends. And this was the first dish we tried in Vietnam, at Ho Chi Minh Airport. We ordered Pho with chicken and beef. The portion was huge... Look...

After landing safely in Ho Chi Minh City, the first thing we wanted to do before continuing our journey to another city was eat Pho. As you know, Pho is a Vietnamese specialty. It's a dish with white noodles, broth, and sliced meat. I'd tried it once before in a mall in Jakarta, but this was my first time trying it in Vietnam.

This is like a side dish. It contains raw bean sprouts, basil, and lime. There's another type of leaf, but I don't know its name. It could be considered a topping for the Pho. Another one I forgot is pickled white leaves. I absolutely love this Pho dish. The broth is light, the meat is plentiful, and the noodles are delicious.

This Pho portion was huge. I was forced to finish only the broth, beef, and chicken. There was still half of the noodles left. I couldn't have finished it all. By the way, have you ever tried Pho?
What do you think?
Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post! See you on the next post...

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance. Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
