Today, many young people are struggling to find their place in life. They often feel confused, uncertain, and without a clear sense of direction, as if everything around them is working against their progress. Yet, despite these challenges, there is still hope—every young person has the potential to live a meaningful and impactful life.

A lot of talented and capable youths lose their way because of difficult circumstances such as their upbringing, peer pressure, and the environments they find themselves in. These influences can easily divert them from the right path if not properly guided.

We must not forget that young people represent the future of our homes, communities, and nation. Even when they fall short of expectations, they should not be dismissed. Instead, they deserve consistent support, encouragement, and reassurance that they can still succeed, no matter the obstacles they face.

In my view, purpose begins to unfold when a young person chooses to be valuable—starting with personal growth, then building a relationship with God, and extending that value to their family and society. When purpose is discovered, it brings direction, and direction fuels progress.

Young people should not be left to navigate life alone. Even when they seem independent, they still need mentorship, correction, and support. Encouragement should be given not only during their successes but also during their struggles, when they need it the most.
