one system down, one system up, net net positive!

if you play around on technology long enough you can almost always pick up on a vibe. the computer acting a little strange, remote services being a little clunky, your ai analysing your router logs and finding a random server in austria pinging your router every hour, you know the sort of thing. scrappy little internet stuffs.

this morning things were a little clunky and messed up my flow a little, you have to wonder if that was because of the energy of a few posts i had put out, almost empowers negative things to happen in many ways.

so that’s why i switched up the energy on my issues this morning by finishing off a little app that i can use at the gym for my sets that it wants me to do, now that i have my blood work and medical stuff all in an llm i can really fine tune the exercises that i should be doing so i can move the needle.

that’s the most important thing to do on the daily, move the needle just 1% (more if you can) learn to switch up and go the other way, irish goodbye that thought process if you have too.

no need to get mad or even or anything like that, just transform that energy and use it to empower you and reverse it back.

what was a slowdown, a break, distraction, thought disruptor just take that temporary frustration energy and use the power of it to go in another direction.

keeping a net net positive over a negative is way better than internal self talk everytime!

what makes this approach very interesting and powerful is that once we have locked down that free offline local ai processing we can build agents around these very things, what’s once was frustrating as a vector, as an attack surface can now become a manageable event with the agent becoming your inline accountability partner taking the sting out of it, giving us advice or even in some cases taking care of it automatically.

that’s exciting.

in mental health/therapy we have these mental models of how to deal with things in an effective way, there is no reason that my agents can’t become those things and approach solutioning as such to meet me where i’m at.

thing about that for a second, you have an agent openclaw/hermes and it’s getting heartbeat style whoop updates about you all day long, stress levels, mood, sleep levels from last night, the way we can build and form almost clone like acknowledgement of when you are potentially more interested in leaning in vs when you are not!

that’s when agents/ai become invisible for me, when you build out agents that understand us in the real world that are up to date and need our grey matter to add the context in to come up with a strategy and approach and to bounce that back and forth between each other in the pursuit of the perfect solution for the moment.

i’ll probably come back to this when i have a good example of this and how i’m applying that.
