I hope you’re all doing great. A few months ago, I watched the Turkish film **Two Worlds, One Wish**. It caught my attention because the lead actress is incredibly popular in her country and also starred in a Turkish soap opera that was quite a hit. The story promised to be something different: a romance that explores metaphysics, where both characters communicate in a unique way and try to find the reason behind what they are experiencing. It’s a very beautiful and romantic idea, but the film approaches it through a dramatic lens, as the "reunion" happens when they both start hearing each other's voices while being apart. It’s incredible how two people, after so many years without seeing or knowing anything about each other, could find one another for such a complex reason without having forgotten who they were or the promise they shared. This was my favorite part, as I hadn’t seen a plot narrated quite this way before. The idea that we can talk to someone special whom we cannot see or touch is truly incredible. Regarding the acting, I really enjoyed **Hande Erçel's** work; she shows a more mature side here, quite different from her usual roles in romantic comedies. Everything wrapped up in a predictable way and, while it was a lovely story full of sentiment, I didn't quite vibe with the approach to the characters. I don't think they are bad actors, but I felt the movie started with a lot of momentum and then stalled. I suppose in cinema, it’s all a matter of taste.
