### Welcome to ## ***Liquid Eye’s*** Actifit Blog # Sunday ☀️ 10013 ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/F527D1B2-65AF-4D80-96E7-EEB7FA2B47931776026066.3543348) Just as the weather forecasters promised, the morning was super mild compared to yesterday, with temperatures above 5 degrees and hardly any wind. Sunday is, of course, bike day again, so I hopped on my bike and headed to Jungfernheide to start with some interval walking and then do a few relaxing breathing exercises and meditate a bit on the shore of the island in the park, while a fantastic chorus of birdsong was going on all around me. The sky looked like rain, which was also forecast for later in the weather app. On the way, I also discovered the fresh swan’s nest here, where the next generation of large white birds with long necks will hatch. I’ve also brought you two of the sculptures from the tree nursery. ![](https://usermedia.actifit.io/F527D1B2-65AF-4D80-96E7-EEB7FA2B47931776026079.175005) Wie von den Wetterfröschen versprochen, war der Morgen im Vergleich zu gestern supermild bei über 5 Grad und kaum Wind. Sonntags ist natürlich wieder Fahrradtag, also aufs Rad und ab zur Jungfernheide, um dort erst mit Intervall-Walking zu starten und dann am Ufer auf der Insel im Park ein paar entspannte Atemübungen zu machen und etwas zu meditieren, während um mich herum ein fantastisches Vogelkonzert im Gange war. Der Himmel sah nach Regen aus, der auch in der Wetterapp für später angesagt war. Unterwegs habe ich auch hier nun das frische Schwanennest entdeckt, in dem die nächste Generation großer weißer Vögel mit langem Hals schlüpfen wird.
