Hola queridos amigos de de @holos.lotus un gusto estar por acá y para esta ocasión hablando del día a día reflexionando con lo que tenemos en el presente ya que a veces nos pasamos en pensando en el futuro y no canalizando lo que pasa hoy día, el cual es importante ya que dejar pasar el tiempo no se recupera por más que lo intentemos.

A veces no solo pensamos en que sucederá al día siguiente o en algunos años, nos enfocamos en solo pensar en el mañana que hacer, como hacerlo y que se necesita, simplemente organizar todo para el después dejando que el tiempo pase y no hacer las cosas paulatinamente, ya que el futuro es incierto, ni siquiera sabemos que puede pasar en pocas horas menos mañana o en algunos años, se puede tener una leve planificación pero no es algo que se pueda asegurar que durará o se mantendrá por completo, el tiempo varia a medida que las cosas transcurren.

Ni hablar del pasado, vivimos pensando en lo que pudo haber pasado, en porque las cosas ocurrieron de esa manera, y en como hizo un efecto sea positivo o negativo, aunque esta última es la que suele marcarse más en nuestras mentes, lo cual impide que se continúe, que se aprecie el ahora y que se pueda simplemente vivir lo que está pasando en el momento, ya lo pasado fue, ya que lo se hizo se realizó y no puede haber cambio en ello, por más que se quiera es algo que hacía debía suceder, aprender de ello, superarlo y seguir con el camino que reste.

Es por ese motivo que el presente se vuelve más importante, el hoy, el instante en que estas es el que define lo que puedes hacer o deseas, es lo que tienes a la mano que puedes manejar a tu antojo sin que te afecte lo que paso o lo que será, solo haciendo las cosas como deben ser, prestando atención a los detalles y disfrutando cada segundo que la vida te regala.

Hay que enfrentar las situaciones del momento, solucionar los problemas sin pensarlo mucho para que puedas avanzar sin que las cosas te consuman y puedas estar conforme a lo que estás haciendo en la vida, a veces también creo que nos enfocamos tanto en que debería hacer o debo adelantar que no se aprovecha los momentos felices que puedan motivarnos a continuar, a mí me suele pasar y he aprendido que la vida es una sola, que si hay días malos y es inevitable que se presenten pero eso no define que el resto de tu vida será así, es solo un instante y ya, se puede continuar, se puede vivir, el hoy es quien define que estas aquí y que debes vivir con certeza de que todo lo que hagas lo harás bien, con la frente en alto y dejaras el corazón en ello.
