As usual on Saturdays, today’s plan was to walk around Mierendorff Island. Of course, I started with interval walking and then did a few relaxing breathing exercises and meditation by the water at the northeast corner of the island. Wie üblich samstags war heute wieder die Mierendorffinselumrundung angesagt. Natürlich erst mit Intervall-Walking und dann an der Nordostecke der Insel am Wasser ein paar entspannte Atemübungen und Meditation.
