안녕하십니까 _돌핀이 @asd5710_ 입니다 어제 점심때쯤 우연히 손바닥에 혹이 생길걸 확인하였다 보통사람들은 그냥 물혹같은거겠지 하고 그냥 넘기겠지만 저희 어머니가 돌아실때 목에 혹같은데 생긴뒤에 그게 암으로 알게 되어서 난 불안함 마음에 근처 2차병원으로 이동하였다 그리고 초음파 검사하고 이 혹이 뭔지 알았다 표피낭종 양성이라서 그냥

안녕하십니까 _돌핀이 @asd5710_ 입니다 헬스장에서 런닝머신을 열심히 뛰었다 그리고 런닝머신 거의끝날때쯤에 무릎에서 찌릿한 느낌이 드네 무릎에 살짝 아파서 그자리에서 내려와서 웨이트로 바꿨다 곡 한번씩 무릎이 안좋네 걷을때 한번씩 무읖이 찌릿하네 무릎사용하는 운동은 조금 줄이고 웨이트로 가자

안녕하십니까 _돌핀이 @asd5710_ 입니다 천변길로 산책을 나갔습니다 천변에 유채꽃이랑 조팝나무 꽃들이 산들 산들 펴있었다 봄에는 꽃피는게 좋네 예전에는 꽃이 피어도 감흥이 없었는데 이제는 꽃 사진 왜 이렇게 많이 찍은지 좋다 좋아 너무 좋다
