¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! Lamentablemente, la semana pasada no pude participar en el concurso, ya que se me pasó el tiempo entre lo que estaba haciendo y eso que la fotografía propuesta, me gustaba mucho 😅 pero bueno, antes de que me vuelva a ocurrir lo mismo y el @lanzjoseg/concurso-observa-piensa-escribe-871c4df0eab36" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">concurso cierre, aquí me encuentro con mi participación 😉

Ahora que me encuentro en otra ciudad, he podido volver a usar el transporte público a la hora de ir al centro. No es como que en la capital no lo utilice, pero más que nada me movilizo utilizando el metro y en ese caso, trato de que sea en horarios en dónde hay pocos usuarios, para no estresarme. En cambio, en esta ciudad, para realizar trayectos largos, es necesario que tome una o dos busetas.

Antes cuando vivía acá, podía pasar las horas que me tomaba llegar a mi destino, escuchando música o leyendo un libro. De hecho, no me parecía tan tedioso usar el transporte por ese simple hecho, ya que usaba esa oportunidad para poner en orden mis ideas y hasta me animaba a conversar con cualquier persona que me buscase conversación.

En el presente, ese hábito ha cambiado un poco. Hace mucho que he perdido mi hábito de la lectura (algo que deseo recuperar), así como prefiero no escuchar música para estar pendiente de lo que ocurre a mi alrededor. Pero, eso no significa que no disfrute del viaje. A diferencia del metro, que no tienes "para dónde mirar", más que los túneles oscuros a través de las ventanas, en los autobuses o busetas, puedes ver el paisaje y nunca será el mismo, así pases por el mismo sitio. Claro, eso si logras tomar un asiento que esté justo al lado de la ventana.

En la capital puede resultar caótico esto, pero en una ciudad llanera no. Me encanta cuando el bus llega a esas zonas amplias de vegetación y puedo ver el amplio panorama del cielo, las montañas y los árboles. Por supuesto, cuando ha llovido con anterioridad, el paisaje se hace mucho más hermoso, pues el verde de varias tonalidades se muestra ante tus ojos... ni qué mencionar de las hermosas formas que pueden adoptar las nubes, mostrándose de forma tan majestuosa en un espacio tan abierto.

Creo que por eso mismo, no aguanto mucho tiempo estando encerrada cuando vengo de visita. Siempre llega un momento en que quiero salir a explorar y tomar el transporte público, no me parece tan tedioso. Eso sí, esperar a que llegue, si puede ser tedioso, porque dependiendo de la zona, puede tardar más o menos. Al menos en ese caso, es uno de sus puntos negativos de usarlo, así como el hecho de que los colectores en ocasiones quieren meter más personas de las que el pobre vehículo puede contener 😅 pero, siempre me contagia la forma en que los demás usuarios lo toman con humor y simplemente, sonrío, pues al fin y al cabo, lo que interesa es llegar al destino.

Hello to all members of this community and lovers of creative writing! Unfortunately, I couldn't participate in the contest last week, as time slipped away from me with everything I was doing, even though I really liked the proposed photograph 😅 But anyway, before the same thing happens again and the @lanzjoseg/concurso-observa-piensa-escribe-871c4df0eab36" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">contest closes, here's my entry 😉

Now that I'm in another city, I've been able to use public transportation again when going downtown. It's not like I never used it in the capital, but I mostly get around using the subway, and in that case, I try to travel during off-peak hours to avoid stress. In this city, on the other hand, for longer journeys, I have to take one or two minibuses.

Before, when I lived here, I could spend the hours it took me to get to my destination listening to music or reading a book. In fact, using public transportation didn't seem so tedious for that reason alone, since I used that opportunity to organize my thoughts and even strike up a conversation with anyone who wanted to talk to me.

Now, that habit has changed a bit. I've long since lost my reading habit (something I want to get back into), and I prefer not to listen to music so I can be aware of what's going on around me. But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the journey. Unlike the subway, where you have nowhere to look but the dark tunnels through the windows, on buses or minibuses, you can see the scenery, and it's never the same, even if you pass by the same spot. Of course, that's if you manage to get a seat right next to the window.

In the capital, this can be chaotic, but not in a plains town. I love it when the bus reaches those wide, green areas and I can see the expansive panorama of the sky, the mountains, and the trees. Of course, when it has rained recently, the landscape becomes even more beautiful, as the various shades of green unfold before your eyes... not to mention the beautiful shapes the clouds can take, displaying themselves so majestically in such an open space.

I think that's why I can't stand being cooped up for long when I visit. There always comes a point when I want to go out and explore, and taking public transportation doesn't seem so tedious to me. That said, waiting for it to arrive can be tedious, because depending on the area, it can take more or less time. At least in that case, it's one of the downsides of using it, as well as the fact that the drivers sometimes try to cram in more people than the poor vehicle can hold 😅 But I always find myself amused by the way other users take it with humor, and I simply smile, because in the end, what matters is getting to your destination.
