
Mountain air : a completely natural way to relieve stress.

The true beauty of the mountains can be experienced through walking, climbing (trekking), and getting closer to nature. This is not only a physical exercise, but also provides mental peace and a thrill. Whenever I visit the mountains, I always prefer to walk down the valleys and enjoy the peace and serenity. Most of my friends used to drink till late, but I prefer to sleep early so that to enjoy the cool atmosphere of the surrounding. In recent trip while everyone was sleep, I went out for the morning walk only to explore the magic of the nature.

Mountains are renowned for their diverse flora, particularly in high altitude zones likes of Himalayas, where harsh conditions favor the growth of hardy herbs and shrubs over large trees. I am not familiar with the botany part but seeing so many colors always impresses me. From the vibrant flowers to fresh leaves everything was blooming and I feel like wandering in dream land. The overnight drizzle adding the shiny droplets beauty making it wonderful experience.
I snapped all the vibrant glimpse through my mobile. It was a lonely walk around the gorges where noone was watching me. But I enjoyed the weather as i wanted to be.








The gentle rustling of leaves and the soft sound of wind. The profound, still silence of the morning that reduces stress allows me to feel energetic and active. It was a perfect way to begin the day. I wish i could enjoy such weather all the life. However time will tell I will able to fulfill such wish. It was a wonderful experince and would recommend everyone to enjoy the mountains on foot. As it leaves a lasting impression on mind body and soul.
