Thinking about the sea (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Friday to you all! The weekend is just around the corner and even if there are some clouds on the horizon, the Springtime is everywhere around me and this makes me feel in a very positive mood. Yesterday I spent a couple of hours with the 2 little twins playing with them and her mom. To go there, for me, it's a sort of pause from my daily life. I use to go there one time at week. When I arrive at their home I drink a cup of coffee with their parents, some chats together and after a lot of smiles with the little ones, what's better? 😁

After the dinner, yesterday, while my hubby was teaching to one of his art classes inside our lab room, I started a new artwork. I just finished it so I can show you the final result!

This is an artwork of the series I call "Thinking about the sea" where a woman with blue hair has a tiny scenes about a paper boat on her head. It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A3 size and I also took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:
