My little rooftop garden: Where nature meets.

I have created my own little piece of green heaven in the middle of the concrete jungle of the city, my rooftop garden. Spending some time in this garden after a tiring day gives me peace. I have developed a spiritual connection with the plants. But not only green leaves, sometimes all kinds of grasshoppers and insects come to my garden. Their presence makes this little world of mine more lively.
The strange gestures and beautiful colors of grasshoppers and insects fascinate me. Sometimes they sit still on branches, sometimes they fly around. Their every movement creates a new scene. Whenever I get a chance to go up to the roof, I try to take pictures of these strange insects. Looking at these small creations of nature, the complexities of life seem to pass by in an instant.

The different types of eyes of grasshoppers, the transparency of their wings, and the color of their bodies make me think. They jump from one side to the other, sometimes they blend into the ground. Each grasshopper is different, with different behaviors. Some even stand still in front of my camera, as if posing. There is so much hidden within the tiny bodies of grasshoppers – the structure of their wings, the depth of their eyes, and their flight techniques.
Apart from grasshoppers, there are many other types of insects in the garden. Colorful butterflies, small moths, and various types of flies – all living their lives in this green world. Their existence is a miracle to me. It is through these tiny insects that I understand the infinite possibilities and diversity of nature.

This endeavor of taking pictures is actually a kind of meditation for me. It is a way to see this small world up close. Through the camera lens, I try to capture the beauty of these tiny craftsmen of nature. I wait for their every movement, every behavior to be captured on my camera.
My rooftop garden is not just a collection of a few plants, it is a unique ecosystem. As an integral part of this ecosystem, grasshoppers and insects complete my green world. Their existence reminds me that every creation of nature, big or small, is important. Honoring these tiny lives and enjoying their beauty is part of my rooftop garden.
This was my arrangement for today. I hope you liked the pictures I took and the nature observations. Wishing everyone good health, I bid you farewell here today.
