Today is the first day of the Bengali New Year. Which we call Pahela Baishakh or New Year. This summer's theory is to wish everyone a Happy New Year at noon. The new year comes to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new. Juicy fruits are available on this day of summer.


Seasonal fruits are rich in nutrients. Now the month of honey is going on. A collection of various juicy fruits is all around. Today I have brought a recipe for betel sherbet. Betel sherbet has many benefits in this summer. Betel is not available all year round.


Betel is more available in this season. Betel sherbet is good for all people. Usually those who have gastric problems, even those who have ulcers. They can eat more betel sherbet. Eating betel sherbet removes all stomach problems. In this summer, a glass of cold betel sherbet relieves the fatigue of the body.


In this summer heat, betel is very useful. This betel can be eaten both raw and ripe. The leaves of the betel also have many benefits. They are called by different names.



When the betel is ripe, it falls from the tree on its own. And its color is no longer green but yellow. The syrup made from betel has many benefits, so people in the past used to accept betel as a kind of medicine. Ripe betel can also be eaten. I like the smell of betel quite a lot.

To make betel sherbet, I took a ripe betel. Now I have to break the betel and take out the betel from inside. Now I will take water in a bowl and put the broken betel in it.

Now for a little sweetness, I will add some sugarcane jaggery in it. Sugarcane jaggery is very beneficial. Now I will mix the mixture well. Now I will add some cold water in it. The cold betel sherbet is ready.
