Snapies new hangout feature - test run and feedback

I didn’t realize this would become a post, but instead of just letting it be, I figured I might as well turn it into helpful feedback post for snapie.
It’s pretty cool that we can do something like this at hive now, snappy team never disappoints. I know they’re still rolling this out and I can’t wait to see what it looks like in its mature form.
Right now it’s still hard to tell when my mic is actually on, I spent 20 minutes, playing music with my mic off because I had been kicked out of the chat room when I checked my notifications.
Also, the option to record is awesome, but I thought it was being shared as a snap, not as a full post. So this post ended up being kind of shotgun.
The last Debugging I hope the team does is sizing on the interface. When I use my phone, it automatically zoomed in and so I can’t really see all the different buttons and chat box. I tried to zoom out or move around, but I can’t, the screen is locked.
Another thing, I know at X and whatever that app where hangout became popular was called, it wasn’t common to have a chat that was open to everyone, but I think that would be pretty cool. I don’t like talking without the chance for other people to interact. I want to be able to communicate two ways when I’m doing something like this, otherwise I don’t even get the sense that people are there.
At the very least, though, this could be a cool place to quickly record some audio posts, something that hasn’t really been a thing at hive, at least not for a long time.
Anyways, I’m sure this will look a lot nicer in a couple weeks or months after snapie has time to smooth everything out!
