However, desire can also become overwhelming if it is not controlled. When people want something too much, they may make poor choices or feel dissatisfied when they do not get it. Learning to manage desire helps create balance, allowing a person to stay focused, content, and purposeful.
In this prompt we invite you to share your opinion with us on this topic. How can a person distinguish between a healthy desire that fuels growth and an unhealthy one that leads to constant dissatisfaction?
