The difference between desires
Greetings!

Desire is one thing that has really helped a whole lot of people and this is because it used to fuel our appetite in getting things done or in acquiring good things for ourselves.
To me, to desire good thing is good, but the way and manner we go for it might seriously determine what the outcome of what we seek to get would define us or pan out.
Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt which is all about, “The power of desire.”
The power of desire cannot be underestimated and this is because it's very important in one's life to have desire, but like I said earlier, what desire doesn't matter to how we go for it.
Furthermore, to distinguish between the two types or ways of desiring for something would not be that kind of difficult for me to go by and this is because, whenever we desire things in a healthy way, we would have this kind of a peace of mind as our mind would not be troubled at all, but when our desires bring about unrest and panic to us, then we must know that that kind of a desire is an unhealthy one which would bring about suffering at the end of the day.
A desire that happens to be unhealthy in most cases has to do with competition. I have seen people competing with others so as to be like them and also have what they have had by desiring it and when this is ongoing, they would now be striving hard to get it which would if care is not taken would become an unhealthy desire which would bring about sorrow and vice.
So, the difference between the healthy desire and unhealthy desire is just about one with joy and the other with uneasiness.
Thanks for reading.
