Miniature House: An Art Work for mental peace.

Hi everyone! In the previous creative Sunday I presented my art work on paper. Last week I thought to do a different art work. Recently I saw that some artists are making miniature of village house. It looks so charming so I have planned to make a miniature of village house.

I took a can of cold drinks. Then cut it into small rectangular pieces. I made the wavy roofs from those pieces. I bought some wooden sticks. Then I made a frame of house by the sticks. I cut a paper box to make the wall. I attached the walls with the frame by gum. I cut four windows. Two are on the front wall and two are on the left and right walls. I made the grills by tiny sticks for the windows on the front wall. I put the wavy roofs on the paper board of the frame by gum. Then it took a nice structure. I put a wavy paper board on the backside. Then I setup the whole house on a paper board by gum. I colored the side walls with white color.

I colored the in front yard with green that looked like grass. Other empty yard I colored with soil color. I put three small trees in front of the house and three medium trees backside of the yard. I used two lights to decorate the house. One is red and other is blue. When I switched off the light of my room and light up the house with red and blue lights it looks so beautiful. I think children will love this art very much. It represents a small piece of our village. Though I live in city, village attracts me much. It is not possible to visit my village whenever I want. This miniature gives me a feel of my village house.

I want to make another miniature with more equipment. It was the first attempt to make miniature art. I am very eager to know your opinion about my miniature art work.
