Buen día, sigo dibujando a Roy, el Héroe de Trading y en ésta ocasión, él está meditando profundamente.

Good morning, I keep drawing Roy, the Hero of Trading, and this time he is meditating deeply.

Después de la aparición de su Primera Llama de Fuego, ha estado meditando para recuperarse mental y físicamente. Lleva días así y ha podido regenerar su cabello, sanar sus heridas y restaurar su katana aunque extraña su medallón perdido. Parece que estará más concentrado para sus futuros combates y el poder de las Sagradas Escrituras de Tra-Ding vuelven a él. ¿Será el fín de Roy en su próximo combate? ¿Se convertirá en un héroe legendario capaz de crecer y liberar a su Reino Tra-Ding de los malhechores?Ésta semana veremos qué sucederá con Roy, el Héroe de Trading

After the appearance of his First Flame of Fire, he has been meditating to recover mentally and physically. He has spent days like this and has been able to regenerate his hair, heal his wounds, and restore his katana, though he misses his lost medallion. He seems more focused for his future battles, and the power of the Sacred Scriptures of Tra‑Ding returns to him.
Will it be the end of Roy in his next battle? Will he become a legendary hero capable of growing and freeing his Tra‑Ding Kingdom from evildoers? This week we shall see what happens with Roy, the Hero of Trading.

Paso a paso/ Step by step

Comienzo con trazos claros a estructurar el dibujo con el lápiz HB.

I begin with clear strokes to structure the drawing using the HB pencil.

Ésta vez definí un poco más al personaje antes de empezar a darle los valores tonales.

This time I defined the character a bit more before starting to give it the tonal values.

Con el lápiz HB y con el lápiz 2B con extensor inventado, le voy rellenando el cuerpo del personaje con diferentes valores tonales que van desde el gris clarito haste el negro.

With the HB pencil and the 2B pencil with my improvised extender, I fill in the character’s body with different tonal values ranging from light gray to black.

Después comencé a dibujar el fondo con los colores rojo y verde además de las velas japonesas presentes en la katana y las que flotan arriba de sus manos.

Then I began to draw the background with red and green colors, along with the Japanese candlesticks present on the katana and those floating above his hands.

Utilizando mi "creativo" portaminas 5B, resalté y definí al personaje con líneas decontorno. Frecuentemente, en éste tipo de dibujo, primero dibujo las áreas de color o de valores tonales y después con líneas defino la formas, eso es una característica importante de las líneas.

Using my ‘creative’ 5B mechanical pencil, I highlighted and defined the character with contour lines. Frequently, in this type of drawing, I first work on the areas of color or tonal values and then use lines to define the forms — that is an important characteristic of lines.

Después de definir la figura, empiezo a rectificar trazos, a darle un poco de volumen con variedad de valores tonales, a hacerle pequeños trazos en el suelo y para concluir, dibujo las espirales en el pelo.

After defining the figure, I begin to correct strokes, give it a bit of volume with a variety of tonal values, add small strokes on the ground, and finally, I draw the spirals in the hair.

• portaminas 5B inventado 😅
• goma moldeable
• color bicolor rojo-azul
• color verde
• hoja de papel para evitar ensuciarme la mano y dañar el dibujo

I used the following materials to make the drawing:

• 2B pencil with improvised extender 😅
• Improvised 5B mechanical pencil 😅
• Kneaded eraser
• Red‑blue bicolor pencil
• Green pencil
• A sheet of paper to avoid staining my hand and damaging the drawing.
