So Nigel Farage has made a fairly large Vest into Kwesi Kwartang's new crypto firm - Stack BTC... he know has a 6% stake in it for a £250K Vest, not that much for Farage, but a decent stump-up....

It's quite a bizarre fit....
Despite claiming computers aren't his thing, Farage is a fan of crypto, and wants the UK to be a crypto hub, but there's something a bit ironic here...
Both Farage and Kwarteng are products of the political and economic worlds crypto is supposed to challenge. Their presence certainly doesn't fit with the idea of crypto as a rebellious alternative.
More credibility for crypto...?
possibly having famous politicians on board makes crypto more legitimate, but with these two jokers...?
While i'm skeptical about Farage and Kwartang, they are both wealthy, so clearly they know how to manage their money at a reasonable level, and that’s probably the real story here... The biggest investor is tied to precious metals, and Farage has been pushing gold for ages.
Mixing gold and crypto, old finance and new assets, that's the story here....
Farage and Kwarteng showing up in crypto isn’t really a shock. It’s maybe just another example of how fast new tech gets absorbed into old structures.
