Is the Indian Stock market recovering?

After the war between US + Israel with Iran started, the Indian stock market kept dipping almost every week, and the current week is the week where this trend is not followed as such, and it looks like the market started recovering and finally this trend got reversed. So based on these it look like the buyers got confidence and buying got resumed now. I am not sure it is due to ceasefire announcement that is not honored properly or market has found it's dip so it is in revival.

This recovery has come after a 6-week of losing streak. Also if we just check for the past week, it up by more than 6.5% and 4700+ points. Actually this is a very good recovery in a week. I guess the market is confident and believing in the ceasefire. But I guess apart from the ceasefire the most important news is opening of "Strait of Hormuz". Oil is important for any country in today's world. Increased oil prices is definitely one of the cause that can give a great setback to any country's economic development. With the ceasefire and the transportation path open, production can resume and supply the world, which will help oil prices return to normal. If oil price return to normal and the ceasefire persists , then it is very likely that the market will reach the pre war level, that will be further another 7-10% in the coming days.

In the last week, when I wrote, markets were at their bottom, but we are in uncertain territory. But this week, markets were reviving, and the news is good. If someone going to buy at the current market levels, I am expecting some quick 5-10% appreciation in the coming days and it's look a good time to accumulate for short-term gains too.

The @r1s2g3/stocks-why-i-feel-bank" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">banking stock that I had mentioned in my earlier post has already recovered, and I am hoping for another 10% rally on it within a month. I now feel, maybe I had another missed opportunity but still feel by not taking that risky bet, I was fundamentally correct.

I will be keeping close watch on the market and be wondering id the coming week will be going to be a good week or not.
