It's time to eat pitha.

Hello hive friends💕 How are you all, I am from Bangladesh. I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also well, Alhamdulillah, with all my family, Alhamdulillah, thanks to your prayers. Wishing everyone good health. I will try to share a wonderful post with you today, InshaAllah.
The taste of hot Chitai Pitha on a winter morning is like nectar! In the bone-chilling cold, the smoke rising from the edge of the stove creates a different kind of pleasure as soon as it hits the plate. Just look at the latticework and soft fluffy texture of Chitai Pitha Especially when the first bite falls into the mouth with mustard or coriander leaves, the aroma of salt and rice powder creates a wonderful mixture. The burnt smell of the earthen pot reminds me of the traditions of rural Bengal. Even with jaggery or beef broth, this pitha is incomparable. Only pitha lovers will understand how soothing this simple dish can be. Truly, the winter mood is incomplete without pitha!
I am trying my best to come back to you with new and fresh events. Today, I have tried to maintain that continuity and present new events. I hope you enjoyed it. Please comment and let me know how you liked it. I hope everyone will be well. I am ending my today's event here.
