My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2026

Cleaning the compound, sending snacks to neighbours, cooking, making medicine

Dear friends,

Yesterday was a busy day. In the morning, I collected some trash in the home compound and discarded them at the municipial designated place.

Because my mom and I made Sanwin makin cake yesterday, we cut and gave them to our neighbours.

At home, I did house chores also - sweep and mobbing floors of the kitchen and living room.

And I cooked fish that my mom bought on the market day.

I also prepared some medicine by sun-drying chopped Moonseed vine. It was said to have medicinal properties such as blood sugar content regulation, Immune System Support, Anti-inflammatory effects, etc.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
