*It is simple to be excited in a world filled with headlines, breaking news, and constant updates. Every moments presenting fresh data, some urgent, some alarming, many unneeded. Yet, among all of this shouting, simple decision can turn ereverything.*

*There is a adult man once started his day reading the news and also finished the day same way. Gradually he saw a changes, his ideas turned apprehensive, his concentration lapsed, and his energy dropped. He decided differently once. He reduced the noise and bring up learning, introspection, and deliberate action, and lowered the noise.*

*The transformation was strong. His goals sharpened, his mind cleared, and his tranquility returned.*
