🚴‍♀️ The day when the bike beat the car 🚗💨 Today was one of those days when you don’t really plan to do much… and then you look at the numbers and think: wow, did I really do all that today?!

Two cycling workouts, some work in the garden, shopping, and over 8000 steps – not bad for a “regular Saturday” 😄

The first ride was almost 6 km, just a warm-up, finding the rhythm and checking if my legs were ready (they were 💪). The second one was more solid – around 11 km, although the app insists it was less (we’re not getting along today 😂). The best moment? 👉 1 km in about 1 minute 50 seconds – speed kicked in, power was there, and I could really feel my legs working 🚴‍♀️🔥

🌿 The weather makes all the difference

Those 13°C felt absolutely perfect today. No wind, the sun was gently warming everything up, and the air felt so… light. Perfect for cycling and spending time in the garden. Honestly, it was one of those days when you don’t feel tired – just pure joy from moving.

The best part of the day? I got to the garden faster by bike than the rest of the crew by car 😎

And I’ll tell you one thing… if it wasn’t for traffic lights and a few “cycling turtles” on the way 🐢😂 my advantage would have been even bigger!

It was one of those days that reminds you that being active doesn’t have to be forced. Sometimes you just live, move, do your thing… and it turns into a really solid workout 💪 🚴‍♀️ Dzień, w którym rower wygrał z autem 🚗💨

Dzisiejszy dzień to był jeden z tych, kiedy człowiek nawet nie planuje zrobić dużo… a potem patrzy na liczby i myśli: wow, serio to wszystko dziś?! Dwa treningi rowerowe, praca na działce, zakupy i jeszcze ponad 8000 kroków – no nieźle jak na „zwykłą sobotę” 😄

Pierwszy przejazd to było prawie 6 km, taki rozruch, złapanie rytmu i sprawdzenie, czy nogi chcą współpracować (chciały 💪). Drugi trening był już konkretniejszy – około 11 km, choć aplikacja uparcie pokazuje mniej (no nie dogadamy się dziś 😂).

Najlepszy moment? 👉 1 km w około 1 min 50 sek – czyli weszła prędkość, weszła moc i było czuć, że noga podaje 🚴‍♀️🔥

🌿 Pogoda robi robotę

Te 13 stopni to był dziś złoty standard. Bez wiatru, słońce przyjemnie grzało, a powietrze było takie… lekkie. Idealne na rower i działkę. Serio – to jeden z tych dni, kiedy nie czujesz zmęczenia, tylko czystą przyjemność z ruchu. 🏁 Rower vs auto – wynik: 1:0

Najlepsza historia dnia? Trasę na działkę pokonałam szybciej rowerem niż reszta autem 😎 I powiem Ci jedno… gdyby nie światła i kilku „rowerowych żółwi” na trasie 🐢😂 to przewaga byłaby jeszcze większa!
