A pleasantly mild Tuesday morning greeted me with temperatures above 5 degrees and hardly any wind. Despite a restful night, I felt strangely sluggish this morning, perhaps a biorhythmic effect or just one of those days. I decided to walk the peninsula loop using interval walking. On the banks of the Spree, I took some time for breathing, eye, and meditation exercises to relax and clear my head. I’ve brought you some beautiful, vibrant pink cherry blossoms, so close you can almost smell their fragrance.

Ein angenehm milder Dienstagmorgen begrüßte mich mit Temperaturen über 5 Grad und kaum Wind. Trotz erholsamer Nacht fühlte ich mich heute Morgen seltsam schlapp, vielleicht ein biorythmischer Effekt oder einfach einer dieser Tage. Ich beschloss, die Halbinselrunde im Intervall-Walking zu gehen. Am Ufer der Spree nahm ich mir Zeit für Atem-, Augen- und Meditationsübungen, um zu entspannen und den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Mitgebracht habe ich euch wunderschöne prall pink blühende Kirschblüten, so nah, dass ihr fast ihren Duft riechen könnt.
