You are at a party, and someone is saying derogatory remarks (or negative things) about you. How would you deal with it, or what would you do?

I'm used to that kind of situation by now; every time I go to a party, there's always someone who just can't keep their mouth shut. I just ignore what they say because I'm not the type to let insults or derogatory comments get to me. It’s not worth making a scene; after all, they’re just words. From my perspective, words only hurt us if we let them hurt us through our own interpretation. That’s why, when things like that happen to me, I prefer to believe they’re just joking.

Estoy pasando por uno de esos momentos en donde el tiempo se gasta en un parpadeo, y es que las ocupaciones universitarias acaparan el tiempo libre hasta volverlo insignificante, pero siempre hay espacio para la iniciativa de #LadiesofHive.

Diría que me urge ir a una fiesta, pero no es algo que me emocione porque cualquier cosa puede pasar en una noche de locura, por eso permitanme darles un consejo para estar preparadas para su próxima fiesta.

Estás en una fiesta y alguien está diciendo comentarios despectivos (o cosas negativas) sobre ti. ¿Cómo lo afrontarías o qué harías?

Ya estoy acostumbrado a ese tipo de escenarios, cada vez que voy a una fiesta siempre hay un sujeto que no puede mantener la boca cerrada. Lo que hago simplemente es ignorar lo que dice porque no son alguien que se deje llevar por los insultos o los comentarios despectivos. No vale la pena armar una escenita, al fin y al cabo solo son palabras, desde mi punto de vista las palabras solo nos hacen daño si en nuestra interpretación permitimos que nos hagan daño. Por eso cuando esas cosas me suceden prefiero creer que lo dicen en broma.
