Oystercatcher — Ostrero (En/Es) | PhotoFeed Contest - Wildlife Photography
The birds in the image are known as “oystercatchers”, since they are seabirds and eat seafood. Their feathers are black on the upper side and white on the lower side. One of their main features is their red beak. The photo was taken in Antofagasta with a camera SONY A7 (ILCE 7) and lens Sony FE 24-240mm F3.5-6.3 OSS. It was post-processed in GIMP.
Las aves de la imagen se conocen como “ostreros”, ya que viven en la costa y se alimentan de crustáceos y moluscos. Su plumaje es negro en la parte superior y blanco en la inferior. Su característica principal es su pico rojo. La foto fue tomada en Antofagasta con una cámara Sony A7 (ILCE 7) con lente Sony FE 24-240mm F3.5-6.3 OSS y editada en GIMP.
