​Hello, Hive friends! Today, I’d like to welcome you to this beautiful community centered around family and friends, as well as for all of us who cherish the bonds of brotherhood. That is why I want to share some photographs we took this past Good Friday at the Cathedral in the city of Maturín. My parents-in-law, my son, my partner, and I all attended this gathering. We had a lovely time at the church, where we were able to observe the washing of the feet ceremony from a distance and witness the deep devotion of everyone present.

We had planned to do the "Seven Temples" visitation, but unfortunately, we couldn't make it due to a small incident at home before leaving. Because of that, we decided to stay in and head to the church the following day instead. On this occasion, we went in the afternoon, and afterward, we went to have some delicious ice cream at a shop very close to the cathedral. We spent a little more time hanging out just outside the church before finally heading back home.

​My family always visits around this time of year; they have always kept me directly connected to God and always join me for the "Seven Temples" visitation. I actually discovered this tradition thanks to my late partner's family, who always traveled during these Holy Days to complete the seven-church pilgrimage with their relatives. While many people might find it tedious, for me, it is a profound act of faith and devotion to my religion.
