I never thought I would enjoy spending so much time trying to get closer to bugs; now it seems like second nature. Anytime I am out with a macro lens, I am constantly seeking them out. I enjoy the challenge of trying to get good quality close-ups of all kinds. It really is interesting to me to be able to see them on a larger screen later on, catch details that I didn't know were there, and learn more about some of these creatures that are eking out a living every day.
