Ordinary Snapshots: Finding Joy in Every Family Moment

‎Oh, what a day it was the other day! ‎ ‎Some days are just great, showing us that real happiness comes from simple times with the people we love. ‎ ‎It just feels extra special, even if nothing big happens. ‎ ‎Well, it was a day that really showed how wonderful everyday life can be when you're with family. ‎ ‎Today is just another collection of our "ordinary snapshots" that somehow turned into pretty special moments. ‎ ‎-- ‎ ‎Morning Cravings... Tokwa ‎ ‎ ‎We started the day with a breakfast of tokwa. My hubby absolutely loves it! He craves it so much that whenever he does, we just have to buy it. Haha, he's just like a pregnant woman with cravings, isn't he? 😂 But it's a good source of protein, so maybe that's why he's loving it so much. ‎ ‎-- ‎ ‎The Mini Pool Was Fixed ‎

‎While we were enjoying our tokwa, my aunt called. She said the mini-pool at her place was fixed. They put tape on it and filled it with water, ready for a swim. She invited us over, especially since we didn't get to swim the last time we visited. So, after breakfast, we quickly headed there and had a refreshing morning swim. The kids (and we) had so much fun! 😍 ‎ ‎-- ‎ ‎Sweet Potato or Ube?🤔 ‎

‎For lunch, my hubby took over the kitchen and cooked some chicken adobo. He told me that he put something in it... a sweet potato! But as I was eating, I couldn't help but think, "This isn't a sweet potato..." And guess what? It was ube! 😂 He thought it was a sweet potato. HAHA. It was still delicious, of course, just a funny surprise. ‎ ‎-- ‎ ‎Evening Bonding ‎

‎When evening came, we went to my parents' house. My brother was home. He usually stays quite far from us because of his work building a Kingdom Hall. So that's why we went there to bond with him. But look who actually bonded. Haha. These three kids are all the same age. At that time, we exchanged babies and took a picture together. 😍 So cute. That night, we ate dinner there, talked, and laughed until late. It was such a nice bonding moment, especially since my brother would be heading back to his location soon. ‎ ‎-- ‎ ‎Thinking back on all these moments, it was really about feeling warm and happy together. ‎ ‎All the laughs we shared, and the simple, yet deep, family joy filled every hour. ‎ ‎These are the special memories that prove that even on a regular day, you can still find amazing happiness when you're with your family. ‎ ‎Until my next everyday snapshots... ‎ ‎Thanks for the visit!
