Hola amigos de Hive Food, feliz y bendecido dia, hoy les comparto una receta, se trata de unos deliciosos macarrones con carne a la boloñesa.

🍅 Ingredients:

300g ground beef. 1 medium white onion. 2 tomatoes. 2 garlic cloves. 2 sweet peppers. Salt and pepper. Seasoning. Worcestershire sauce to taste. Oil as needed.

🍅 Ingredientes:

300 grms de carne molida. 1 cebolla blanca mediana. 2 tomates. 2 dientes de ajo. 2 ajies dulces. Sal y pimienta. Aliño. Salsa inglesa al gusto. Aceite el necesario.

🍅 Preparation:

Start by finely chopping all the vegetables and set them aside. Heat oil in a pan and add all the vegetables. Sauté briefly, season with salt and pepper, and then add the meat to continue sautéing. Once the meat is partially cooked, add a cup of broth. Check the seasoning, cover, and let it cook until the liquid is absorbed.

🍅 Preparacion:

Comenzaros cortando todos los vegetales muy pequeñitos y los reservamos, colocamos un sarten con aceite y agregamos todos los vegetales y sofreimos un poco, salpimentamos y sgregamos la carne para seguir sofriendo, al estar un poco sofrita agregamos una taza de consome, verificamos los sabores tapamos y dejamos cocinar hasta consumir los liquidos.
