Hello@lifestyle👋🏽👋🏽it's my first time posting here..
How are you today?I hope you're all well and fine..Today's blog I'm gonna share to you is one of the best smoothies that I tried this summer season...I tried many smoothies but I think this one is the best because it really satisfied one's cravings for nutrients..
Preparing this smoothie is just very quick and very easy..I used frozen bananas so that smoothies will be smoothier in result...
Overnight I chilled the oats soaked in an almond milk.. Afterwards,fruits such as avocado and banana were carefully washed and sliced into smaller..
In a blender,I poured in a sliced fruits and milk on it..For a sweeter taste you can also add honey..
But for me,I prefer to just used bananas as it is sweet already..
I also added rolled oats in my smoothies because the oatmeal is a powerful ingredients that serve as a fiber for a sustainable energy..It also good if one is constipated..
I turned on the blender and started to blend it until creamy and smooth..
It also replaced someone's meal for its a nutrient rich smoothie..it is packed with so much vitamins and nutrients..
If you reached the desired creaminess and smoothies..You can add ice cubes on it..
I'd like to share to you this healthful recipe because avocado and banana are just available this summer season..
This smoothie is very rich in nutrients packed with calories and protein..This could be a great substitute for an afternoon meal..
