A Fluffy steamed puto with overflowing shredded cheese

Today's exciting recipe I'll share to you is a cheesey version of puto cheese which resembles like the taste of puto sold in Goldilocks 👋🏽👋🏽

I found this recipe a very cheesey and tasty snacks for kids... So here we go,these are the following ingredients used in making this ala Goldilocks puto cheese 2 cups cake flour (all purpose flour) 1/2 cup white sugar 1 piece large egg 2 tablespoon baking powder 5 tablespoon butter Pinch of salt 1 cup evap milk 1 cup water 1/2 grated cheese The following procedures must be followed to achieve the goldilocks taste..

Grate the cheese first before shifting the dry ingredients..

In sifting the dry ingredients combined in a mixing bowl the all purpose flour,baking powder,sugar and a pinch of salt..See to it that every dry ingredients are mixed thoroughly.. In another bowl,combined all wet ingredients such as egg, milk,water,and butter.. After mixing all the wet ingredients Mixed it thoroughly ...and combined it on a mixing bowl with dry ingredients..Mix it until no lumps are to be seen or visible.. Once it's done sifted...Add the 1/2 cup of grated cheese..Mixed it carefully.. Prepare the puto cheese molders and be ready to fill the cup with 1/4 of the mixture.. Topped it with cheese..Steamed it for about 10-12 minutes or until it's cooked.. Serve this with the kids paired with cool drinks..
