My Saturday Meeting
This is a special occasion to visit my feline friends; not only because it's their day, but also because contact with them is extremely important, as they require the help of others for their daily feeding and care. Behind that charming appearance lies the vital need to feed them. Usually, when I go out, I always bring them some food that will be good for their health.

Mi Encuentro Sabatino
Es una ocasión especial esta para visitar a mis amigos felinos; no es solo porque es su día, sino que también lo hago porque el contacto con ellos es de suma importancia, ya que ellos requieren de la ayuda de otras personas para su alimentación y cuidado diario. Detrás de esa apariencia encantadora, la necesidad de alimentarlos es vital. Usualmente, cuando salgo, siempre les acerco algún alimento que sea favorable a su salud.
In our country, many people feed them in parks, plazas, and hospitals. These are the places where cats find the most refuge, and they are also the areas with the highest foot traffic. People come to these places to de-stress and escape their daily routines. They share this moment of relaxation with our feline friends, whose stealthy gait, unique appearance, and enchanting coats—a mosaic of varied colors—allow us to interact with them when we manage to capture their attention.
En nuestro país hay muchas personas que los alimentan, en los parques, plazas y hospitales. Son los lugares donde hay mayor refugio de mininos, y son los espacios donde hay mayor afluencia de personas. Ya que vienen a estos sitios a desestresarse para separarse de la rutina diaria. Y este momento de relax lo comparten con nuestros amigos, que con su caminar sigiloso, sus apariencias distintas y sus encantadores pelajes, que resultan un mosaico de colores muy variado, nos permiten interactuar con ellos cuando podemos capturar su atención.
Most of the time I encounter them, they're always sleepy; I think it's because they spend the nights very active, stalking and ambushing their prey. Then in the morning, to regain their energy, they rest and sleep a lot; many do so under the warm sunlight. And upon waking, they groom themselves to begin the day with little activity.
La mayoría de las veces que me encuentro con ellos, siempre están soñolientos; creo que se debe a que pasan las noches muy activos acosando y emboscando a sus presas. Luego en la mañana, para recuperar sus energías, descansan y duermen bastante; muchos lo hacen bajo la cálida luz del sol. Y al despertar se acicalan para comenzar el transcurso del día con poca actividad.
On this visit to my friends, I hope to continue finding people committed to providing food for the stray cats. Each person who joins in is rewarded with empathy and joy, and their generosity is truly appreciated.
En esta visita a mis amigos, espero seguir encontrando personas con el compromiso diario de seguir cubriendo las necesidades alimentarias de los felinos que se encuentran en la calle. A cada persona que se sume, ellos les retribuyen con empatía y muchas alegrías, apreciando su generosidad.
