The reality of this cake is that I saw it and wanted to make it myself but there was a problem I didn't have CORNSTARCH because I thought it would be a good idea not to throw it hahaha and instead put baking powder on it. We start with 3 eggs separating the yolks from the whites, you put yoghurt mine came in a 12O g jar then you add the 3 yolks and move it after incorporating that and having a uniform mixture you will notice that it takes a light yellow colour, add 160ml of flour and half a large spoonful of baking powder those 2 things sifted by a fine sieve, that this allows bubbles to become, you move that carefully and you will see that the mixture thickens a little, then let it rest and You take the whites and make a meringue you beat until it's about nine and little by little you add sugar you keep beating until you turn the content and it doesn't fall hahaha you'll realise that it's consistent you take a large spoonful and incorporate it with the mixture that you left resting, you mix well and then you join that mixture with the rest of the meringue.
It will look between yellow and white like a pastel colour so light, you take an oya you grease it with butter or oil all over the oya and add the mixture you leave it for 45 minutes and that's it
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 glass of yoghurt of 120g
1 cup of flour of 160ml
Spoon and a half of baking powder
Half a cup of sugar for the meringue
I apologise for not having photos of all the content hahaha I was very fast and I didn't have faith in it being honest because I didn't have the cornstarch haha I was nervous that it didn't come out since I did it as I wanted but if any of you do it please leave me commenting how it came out.
