Seek help when necessary

Seeking for help is something good and has so many benefits on helping people and this is done through speaking out and letting people know about your present condition and finding a way to help out.

But these days due to the condition of things happening now people are always mindful of calling for help not because is not good but because it is now bringing alot of what is called see finish , whereby people after others they broadcast it to people even going to the extent of exposing people secret. This has putting so many people into a traumatic state because of their secrets being exposed.

Some are medical secrets while some are other kinds of secrets that deserve not to be exposed but due to the help rendered it has gotten so many to this kind situation which i will call secretal exposure.

Helping people is never a bad thing and can never be but every blessed day things keep happening, things that deserved to be questioned , things like had i known..

This has i know is always the outcome because at that moment you will be like if i had known i wouldn't have asked for help , I would have kept my secret without letting anyone know about it .

Help these days has turned to something else and it has made so many to mind their business and face their challenges alone anytime it comes to them to avoid had i known.

It is very okay to voice out and ask for help yes and there are good people there also who are will to help without exposing good.

For someone like me i like my private life and love doing my things alone so that is why i don't like getting or asking of help from others because sometimes when you do so people mock you and make caricature of you , I have been a victim of such that is why i decide to keep my life so secret and mind my business without anyone's help.

There are people out there who die inside with their medical condition/challenges due this issues of if i speak out now it will be exposed and people will laugh at me . In this condition please ask for help most especially from a medical practitioner so as to get help on time ( please it is very necessary) .

If you are my type that don't like asking for help from others to avoid see finish, please when it comes to medical issues please and please ask help from a medical practitioner definitely there will be confidentiality please.

Help like i said before is never a bad thing if you are lucky to have friends that can't guide you, feel free to seek help from them that will really be off good to help you from many things .
