A Framework For Harmony | nftshowroom X alienarthive challenge for APRIL: Theme: "Flora and Fauna" - No. 3

Flora and Fauna. Two species vying for survival when you include humans. To actually achieve harmony, a delicate balance must be attained by a peaceful and workable co-existence. I wrote about this in my Alien Art Hive series "Grappling With Nature".
In my post, I reminded individuals about the duty to co-exist for the benefit of the planet. We must remember that nature doesn't need humans' permission to exist. But it does, to a certain extent, need humans to thrive.
When humans damage the natural ecosystem, then nature suffers from the abuse that can be short and long term. We're always reminded that we must support and appreciate nature. Well, does nature support and appreciate humans? you may ask. Definitely, it does in ways which are seen and unseen. It's a reciprocal relationship.
Years of research has strongly suggested that exposure to nature can lower stress, improve memory, boost your immune system and lessen depression, among other benefits. Numerous ways exist that individuals can learn to appreciate nature.1
In society, from ancient past, the owl represents wisdom. Perhaps he is advising on the ways humans can develop a framework for harmony.

In the post, [nftshowroom X alienarthive challenge for April: @nftshowroom/nftshowroom-x-alienarthive-challenge-for-april-flora-and-fauna" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">nftshowroom X alienarthive challenge for April: Flora & Fauna, NFTShowroom has featured all the month's flora and fauna themed Art minted so far on the NFT Showroom's home page / twitter. Also, Alien Art Hive will be curating participants' blog posts. This challenge was intended for the full month of April. Participants are required to:
- make art incorporating any flora and fauna theme;
- mint it on https://nftshowroom.com/;
- make a blog post about it in Alien Art Hive; and
- use #nftshowroom in your tags
Below are my steps taken to create my third design for this theme.

While I didn't tokenize this project, I hope you enjoy the animation I added just for fun. While owls are wise, this one appears to be talking, but giving advice out of the side of his mouth. Don't know whether to trust that.

My Creation Process:
My inspiration in creating this "flora and fauna" scene was a lovely frame I discovered. This provided the title for the design "A Framework For Harmony". We can view ourselves and nature co-existing from this frame of reference. In looking past the fame, I included a colorful landscape where nature is thriving with unusual species.
I believe the fusion of fauna into the landscape of flora made for a harmonious blend of species. If only in real life this could prove possible.
My still version is shown here utilizing the stable images that I uploaded into Canva, my design program. I then added layers of elements.
