
Fresh Fruits to Hydrate this Hot Summer Days .

Hello Hivers ! Just absorbing this very hot summer with temperature averaging 28 C⁰ to 32 C⁰ or greater than this . This hot season could make our throat to dry out . This summer could push me to find something to replenish my thirst. The aggressive heat of the sun could not stop me to go the market to find somewhat juicy fruits like coconut, melon , mangoes , oranges etc.

Summer season could dehydrate us . I often went to travel everyday for my part-time as moto taxi driver. The intense hot is almost unbearable even in a very few minutes of stop light . So it force me to take a break and bought fresh coconut to drink its water to replenish my thirst .
The coconut water is so beneficial as far as its health benefits are concerned such as; lowers blood pressure , prevents kidney stone , it hydrates , lowers blood sugar and some other good health benefits of coconut water .

Another juicy fruit that I like this summer is the watermelon . It has some good health benefits such as, heart disease prevention , antioxidant, boost immune system, improves sexual activity ,prevents prostate cancer,and promotes blood circulation.
As I went to the market , I saw this yellow mango which is one of my favorites. Mangoes are abundant this summer for this is its season . It is a very good apetizer for me . We I got tired from work or travels , I found out that eating ripe mangoes could boost our immune system to revive our energy . It has Vit A,C, E , supports Collagen , and promotes skin and hair condition.
