El querido amigo @emiliorios extiende una cordial invitación a participar en su iniciativa; una muy colorida, a decir verdad. Su propuesta viene de la mano del color y de aquello que este provoca en cada uno de nosotros.

Para este ejercicio, debes observar las imágenes presentadas y escoger una; ya verás tú mismo si la eliges porque te gusta el color o porque ese tono, simplemente, te ha llamado.

*** Hace un tiempo, redacté un trabajo sobre cómo el color representa nuestros estados anímicos. Tal como sucede en la colorimetría, donde analizamos ante un espejo qué tonos van mejor con nuestra piel, ocurre lo mismo en este sentido: el color que nos atrae no escoge al cuerpo, sino que es nuestra alma la que lo elige a él.En las imágenes dispuestas, me incliné por el azul y su gama de tonalidades. Si se han fijado, mis portadas suelen tener este color, ya sea en tonos vibrantes o más sobrios, siempre usados en un degradé de su misma paleta, donde a veces la inclinación va hacia el lado oscuro y otras hacia el brillante. En medio de esto, siempre aplico letras en tonos dorados —siguiendo la paleta del amarillo—, donde juego desde lo oscuro hasta lo cálido y radiante.
Como decía antes, este es mi sello marcado; una conexión de alma y cuerpo, podría decirse, producto de las muchas veces que he aprendido a escuchar mi eco interno.
El ejercicio: Mi elección
La imagen que llamó mi atención fue la del cielo azulado. No solo predomina el azul, sino que también aprecio tonos lilas en las flores, logrando una mezcla perfecta.
Si analizo estos colores —como bien menciona @emiliorios—, la cultura oriental suele estar muy ligada a la espiritualidad y a lo místico. Creen en talismanes con diversos significados y mantienen tradiciones profundas, como el resguardo de la carta natal de un niño para proteger su fortuna.
En cuanto al color azul en la cultura oriental, destaca lo siguiente:
-Japón 🇯🇵: El color azul (ao) representa la dignidad y la serenidad, además de simbolizar la riqueza y el estatus social.
-China 🇨🇳: Se considera al azul (lán sè) como un color neutral, sin connotaciones negativas; se asocia a la inmortalidad y a una vida longeva.
-Corea 🇰🇷: El azul (paransaek) representa la juventud y la vitalidad. Es el color del dragón de primavera, uno de los cuatro guardianes celestiales.
En general, este color es la representación de la vida, la salud y la protección ante todo mal. Si se preguntan por qué conozco estos detalles, es porque soy una fiel seguidora de la cultura asiática, un tema que siempre cautiva mi atención.
¿Qué significa el color azul 🔵 para mí?
Este color evoca en mi persona lo siguiente:
Siento una paz que viaja desde el interior hacia el exterior. Percibo una corriente interna de sanidad, como si este color llevara finos hilos de agua que recorren mi cuerpo de pies a cabeza. Los pies estabilizan mi camino y, al estar firmes y centrados, ayudan a relajar la mente, evitando el "sobrepensar" y el "sobreanalizar".
Además, este color provoca en mí una alegría suave; no es eufórica ni desbordante, sino calmada y relajante, lo que me ayuda a la concentración mental y a la conexión espiritual.
"Para finalizar, siento que mi torrente de chakra —ese poder interno— vibra en la paleta de los tonos azules y, en algunos puntos, transmuta hacia esos morados y lilas que aportan serenidad. Por otro lado, podría decir que mi Yin y Yang está dividido en azul y dorado, más que en blanco y negro. Yendo más allá, mi propio signo zodiacal, Acuario ♒, transita en el color azul, con la espiritualidad del entorno y la libertad del aire que va y viene sin fronteras.”
"Como dato curioso, les contaré que hace años, cuando recién me uní a Facebook, no usaba mi nombre real —más por temor que por un deseo de ocultarme—. En aquel entonces, mi nombre de perfil era Lanqiu, que significa 'Otoño Azul' en chino. Es curioso ver cómo, desde siempre, mi esencia ha buscado refugio y expresión en este color.”

For this exercise, you should look at the images provided and choose one; you’ll see for yourself whether you choose it because you like the colour or because that particular shade simply caught your eye.

*** Some time ago, I wrote a piece on how colour represents our moods. Just as in colour analysis, where we stand before a mirror to analyse which shades suit our skin best, the same applies here: the colour that attracts us does not choose the body, but rather it is our soul that chooses it.In the images provided, I opted for blue and its range of shades. If you’ve noticed, my covers often feature this colour, whether in vibrant or more subdued tones, always used in a gradient from the same palette, where sometimes the emphasis leans towards the darker side and at other times towards the brighter. Amidst this, I always apply lettering in golden tones —following the yellow palette— where I play with shades ranging from dark to warm and radiant.
As I said before, this is my distinctive hallmark; a connection between soul and body, one might say, the result of the many times I have learnt to listen to my inner echo.
The exercise: My choice
The image that caught my eye was that of the blue sky. Not only does blue dominate, but I can also make out lilac tones in the flowers, creating a perfect blend.
If I analyse these colours —as @emiliorios rightly points out— Eastern culture is often closely linked to spirituality and the mystical. They believe in talismans with various meanings and uphold deep-rooted traditions, such as safeguarding a child’s birth chart to protect their fortune.
Regarding the colour blue in Eastern culture, the following stands out:

What does the colour blue 🔵 mean to me?
This colour evokes the following in me:
I feel a sense of peace that flows from the inside out. I perceive an internal current of healing, as if this colour carried fine threads of water running through my body from head to toe. My feet steady my path and, by being firm and centred, help to relax the mind, preventing ‘overthinking’ and ‘overanalysing’.
Furthermore, this colour brings me a gentle joy; it is neither euphoric nor overwhelming, but calm and soothing, which aids my mental focus and spiritual connection.
"To conclude, I feel that my chakra stream — that inner power — vibrates within the palette of blue tones and, at certain points, shifts towards those purples and lilacs that bring serenity. On the other hand, I could say that my Yin and Yang is divided into blue and gold, rather than black and white. Going further, my own zodiac sign, Aquarius ♒, is associated with the colour blue, with the spirituality of the environment and the freedom of the air that comes and goes without borders.”
