I am using the Rider Waite Deck because it is the deck that I have but I have discovered that I believe that the Rider Waite Deck is Exoteric and also has occulted elements and that the

B.O.T.A. deck, created by Paul Foster Cayce, is the Esoteric Deck and is more truthful, because it was a requirement of Golden Dawn Initiates to color it in in order to learn basics of the Golden Dawn.
One thing I have realized that is an occulted element is the point of view of the viewer. The occulted view which is demonstrated in the BOTA deck is that the cards are a mirror reflection of the Querant, meaning that the cards are in the subconscious or the collective unconscious of "us" vs the Rider Waite Deck, in which the cards are in their own little world outside of "us".
This makes sense because it makes the occulted elements in the Rider Waite Deck "hidden in plain site" and that other Illuminati tactic of "showing us exactly what they are doing" - and that's one of the things they are doing here - is another subversion by pretending that the cards are living in their own world and are not connected to us.
This is proved to me in this card because the left hand receives the Aether and the Right hand manifests matter, utilizing the index finger and/or Sword Fingers. This definition is described in reverse in the A.E. Waite Pictorial Guide to the Tarot.
Roses hanging from above primarily symbolizes transformation, surrender, and the reversal of energy flow, serving as a conduit for spiritual growth and purification. In this case, it refers to the Magician, the balance of masculine and feminine forces, channeling the Aether into Matter. There are 18 roses and 4 Lilies in the RW Deck and 9 Roses and 4 Lilies in the BOTA deck - once again reiterating the balance of masculine and feminine energies.
The double sided wand - is the connection of heaven and earth - which is an occulted symbol that humans used to understand as their responsibility - not only is As Above, So Below, an observation of the Law of Correspondence, but it is also a command - in which humans act as conduit's for God's power.
People have lost their connection to God and Nature in their understanding of our unique advantage with God - we have the power access to be able to Pray things into being and with certain man-made problems - that is the best God can do - we must utilize this power access in order to have change - for example - God does not have the power to down the chemtrail planes - it is up to individual human beings to command that be done through a connection of heaven and earth channeled through the human - to subdue these chemicals in the sky. If humans do not act on this - damage will continue to be done. However, it is every human being's Natural Law right to have clean land, air, and water, therefore such a command will be fulfilled.
It is a violation of Natural Law for each individual human to ignore their responsibility to channel the connection between heaven and earth on behalf of all living creatures on earth.
The infinity symbol over the head of the Magician means life continues forever. The Magician wears a white robe, similar to that of the under clothes of The Fool - God is as close as your own skin. The Red Robe signifies the Root - the Kingdom - Matter - and can easily be slipped off, revealing how easy it is for the Magician to slip between realms. The white headband indicates God informs the 3rd eye and temples - the Body is the Temple of the Soul.
The Oroboros encircles the waste of the Magician - Infinity of all life.
The Brown table - once again a mixture of Primary Colors: Red, Yellow and Blue - also implies the 4 legs and the 4 worlds of the Kabbalah...
The four legs of the table may represent the Four Worlds, the four categories of spiritual realms in Kabbalah. These four worlds are: Atziluth (Emanation, the unchanging Divine world), Beriah (Creation, considered ‘Heaven’), Yetzirah (Formation, the home of lower angels and men’s souls), and Asiyah (Action, the Universe we live in).
The Tarot suits on the table show the resources that the Magician has available him to create with - Earth, Air, Fire, Water - all of which make up everything that exists.
The three carvings on the front edge of the Magician's table are interpreted as Water, Blood, and Spirit These symbols correspond to the human triplicity of Body, Soul, and Spirit, as well as the Hermetic principles of Salt (Blood/Salt), Mercury (Water), and Sulphur (Spirit/Ether).
Lilies & Roses - Lilies represent transformation & rebirth, Roses represent the masculine principle of manifestation and the numerology balances the masculine and feminine energies...
Lilies and roses also appear here: Temperance Symbols, Two of Wands symbols and Ace of Pentacles symbols.
